Es urgente una nueva arquitectura financiera internacional, basada en responsabilidades comunes pero diferenciadas, que permita un financiamiento rápido y justo para abordar las pérdidas y daños ya generados. Además, se insta a fortalecer las Contribuciones Nacionalmente Determinadas (NDC), en línea con el Acuerdo de París y la Agenda 2030, con metas claras, ambiciosas y recursos suficientes.
