Con la música como hilo conductor, se compartió un culto festivo, actividades culturales e intercambio de experiencias diacónicas en una jornada abierta a la comunidad.
Con alegría, colores, cantos y en comunidad. Así se celebró el pasado domingo 8 de junio la tradicional Fiesta de Pentecostés y fiesta de la diaconía. El evento congregó a más de 150 personas en las instalaciones de la comunidad de Aldea San Antonio que renovaron de esta manera el compromiso de una iglesia viva, diacónica y esperanzada.
La celebración comenzó con un culto festivo que invitó a pensar la misión de cristianas y cristianos a partir de la imagen de la flor del penacho, que desparrama sus semillas al viento. Así también el Espíritu empuja a salir, a correrse de la comodidad, a sembrar con confianza. El mensaje fue acompañado por el coro de la comunidad de Concordia, que sumó su voz durante el culto y luego brindó una presentación musical junto al coro de la Municipalidad de Aldea San Antonio.
Como cada año, la fiesta fue también un espacio para compartir experiencias concretas de diaconía. Las comunidades, catequistas y proyectos diacónicos de la CESA montaron stands que permitieron visibilizar la diversidad de acciones que se realizan con amor, compromiso y vocación transformadora. También participaron la Red Ecuménica de Educación Teológica (REET), el Programa de Voluntariado de la IERP y la Fundación Protestante Hora de Obrar, que acompañó el proceso de organización de la jornada a través de su Programa Diaconía Comunitaria, en articulación con el diácono Mg. Martín Elsesser y el pastor Lic. Jorge Weishein.
La propuesta de este año tuvo como eje convocante la música: cada comunidad u obra eligió una canción que las representara, compartiendo el sentido que esa canción tiene para su historia y su fe. Así, entre testimonios, cantos y emociones, se fue tejiendo una jornada esperanzadora, donde resonó la certeza de que “lo que cuenta es la fe, una fe activa por medio del amor” (Gálatas 5,6).
La Fundación agradece especialmente a la comisión local de Aldea San Antonio por su hospitalidad y a la mesa de diaconía por su compromiso en tiempos difíciles. Frente a contextos de violencia e indiferencia, seguir apostando a la comunidad, al encuentro y al servicio es un acto profundamente espiritual y transformador.
